    How can I transfer records and associated files that have been uploaded through my form to my company storage?

    On my forms, I will be allowing people to upload files which are applicable to the subject we are collaborating on.  Once those records are complete and the subject is considered closed, is there a way I can archive or download those file to my company storage?  The intent is to keep the number of "open" records to a minimal on the Jotform site.

    Based on the expected usage I will either purchase your $500 annual plan or consider buying a license that can be operated from our internal company intranet if that is possible.

    Hi Chris,

    You can use any of this known file upload integration features into your form

    1. Google Drive integration

    2. Dropbox integration

    3. FTP file upload

    When your form is integrated to any of this features, you will be able to have a copy on your end of the files being uploaded to your form.

    Since you have a copy, you can have the option of deleting the submissions with uploaded file to free up some space in your JotForm database.
