We are using Jotform sign for a project and we need the signed document to pass from Jotform to Hubspot - is this part of the integration?

    Thank you

    Hi Danielle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Jotform Sign Builder does support Hubspot Integration. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Jotform Sign Builder, click on the Settings tab.

    2. Next, select Integrations from the left side menu.

    3. Lastly, search for HubSpot and set it up.

Actually - what we need to to is send the signed document from this form to the correct Hubspot record - https://form.jotform.com/240955529533160

    Is that possible?

    Hi Danielle,

Thanks for getting back to us. It appears that you want to send a signature to Hubspot. Yes, you can include a signature field on your form and integrate it with HubSpot. But, keep in mind that Jotform sends signature links to HubSpot.

Check out this guide on How to Integrate Jotform with Hubspot CRM

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Actually what we wanted to send over is the signed document that is generated by completing the form (column 2 in this screenshot)

    Hi Danielle,

Thanks for getting back to us. If you integrate the Jotform Sign Document to Hubspot, in the Integration setting, there's an option there to map the Document URL(Which is the PDF Sign Document) to an existing column in your Hubspot Contact. Check this out:

It will send the Signed Document URL to HubSpot, whenever the document is completed. Here's a sample screenshot of how the URL looks on Hubspot:

Thanks Lorenz - I think that the issue is, that document is being created by a form in Jotform - https://form.jotform.com/240955529533160 and I don't see a way to send the document created here to Hubspot - am I missing something?

    Hi Danielle,

Thanks for getting back to us. Since you are using a regular form where the Jotform Sign automation is enabled, it is not possible to send the document URL. You would have to create an actual Jotform Sign document to match the document URL to the Website field on your Hubspot account.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help.

    Hi Danielle,

Thanks for patiently waiting. Unfortunately, sending Signed Document from regular forms using API isn't possible right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
