PDF of the form not organized

Why is the PDF of the form not organized according to the order in which the form is presented?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix, you just need to delete and add the PDF document again. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Drop-down beside the Jotform logo.

2. Select the PDF Editor from the options.

3. Click on the Three dots on the PDF document and click on Delete.

4. Once done, click on the + New PDF button and select New PDF document.
