Notification Email is not being sent on submissioin.

    Hi, I used to get an email each time the form was completed. Can you please help me out here?

    Hi Ballinghockeyworld,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this, rest assured we are here to help. I've cloned your form and tested it but I was not able to replicate the issue. The Notification Email is working correctly. Check out the screenshot of my results:
    Notification Email is not being sent on submissioin Screenshot 30Additionally, I've checked our email logs and the email is being sent out successfully. I also noticed that you are using your email SMTP to send emails. Can you please try to use the noreply@jotform.com as send to see if its works. Also please check with your SMTP provider to see if there is any issue in their logs. Let me show you how how to use noreply@jotform.com:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Select Email from the left panel.
    3. Hover the mouse over the Notification Email and click on Pencil Icon.
    4. Under the Advance tab, scroll down to Sender Email and select Noreply@jotform.com
    5. Click on Save at the bottom.
