Invalid PayPal account error in my form

I don't see how to view PayPal connect setting while editing an existing form. I added a new payment option to my form and when I fill out a test form I get a message saying : Invalid PayPal account used. Please contact form owner.

maybe it's because I am the PayPal account owner that I get that message? Other people have successfully registered with the first option, but with the new option I am not able to see if it is actually connected to PayPal. Where can I see this setting?

    Hi Rita,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the form and it appears that you have not added your PayPal account to the PayPal Personal Integration. Check out my screenshot below:

Can you please add your PayPal account to the integration and click the Continue button? Here's how to do it:

    1. Select the Payment field and click the Wand icon.
    2. In the Payment Settings window, click the Gear icon on the top right corner.

    3. Enter your PayPal account and click the Continue button.

Can you give it a try and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Let us know if you need any more help.

Thank you so much, Victorino. That seems to have worked! I just was not recognizing the gear icon to open that setting. With gratitude, Rita
