One of the email recipients on a notification email stopped receiving emails. I checked the log, and the emails are not being sent. The other recipient listed is receiving them.
Removed and re-added. Confirmed correct spelling.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your forms and I can see that there are two different recipients. Can you please let us know which one is not getting the email so we can investigate this further?
Meanwhile, I've cloned your form and tested it and all emails on the forms are working correctly. Check out the screenshot of my results:

Yeah, I tried splitting it into two to troubleshoot. Ron West is the one it's not sending to.

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked the email address in our log and it was in the bounce list. I've gone ahead and removed it. Can you please try it again and see how it goes? If the issue persist please let us know and we can investigate it further.
