How to register people when they don't have an email account?

Do you know/have any recommendation to register people when they don't have an email account?

I am sorry but I do not understand your question. Can you please explain in more details what are you trying to achieve?

I checked your email address but I did not find any account. Do you have a form and Jotform account?

If you want to allow your users register for some event using our forms you can ask for other personal info, like Full Name, if they do not have an email address.
