JotForm all of a sudden does not get forwarded to our email address. How can I fix this problem?

    We have not changed the website, nor the form itself, but suddenly the forms are not forwarded to our email account. Why is that happening and how can I fix it? I have added "Jotform" and noreply@jotform.com to the form, but it does not make any difference. This is very annoying!!!

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your recipient email address is in our bounce list upon checking and I've remove it for you. Can you please whitelist JotMail's IP's Addresses?
