I need help with figuring out how to integrate my pricing for services that contain multiple variables for each service into my form. And also I cannot figure out how to link a payment method into my form that calculates the total due at time of booking based on the selected services and variables within those services. There is only a deposit due at time of booking, so I am having a hard time wrapping my mind around how to display that within the form as well.

    Hi Heather,

Thank you for your patience. I cloned and tested your form, and after carefully checking, you can achieve the total pricing for multiple variables. This can be achieved by adding a form calculation widget and using a user-defined amount for PayPal integration so the user can define their deposit. Let me show you a sample with the cloned version of your form:

In order to achieve this you need to enable calculation values in the multiple choice field.

    1. In form builder, click on multiple choice field.

    2. Click on gear icon and select options.

    3. Then toggle on calculation values and set the amounts of the items.

Now you need to add Form Calculation widget.

    1. In form builder click on Add Form Elements.

    2. Then click on Widgets.

    3. And select Form Calculation then you can rename it into Total.

    4. Now, click on the wand icon then click on Add Field.

    5. Then choose the multiple choice field and click on Save.

Next, you need to set up your PayPal integration to user defined amount and target the calculation widget to copy the total amount.

    1. Click on wand icon on the payment integration field.

    2. Then click on Payment Type drop down and choose user defined amount.

    3. And click on Save.

    4. Next, click on wand icon again.

    5. Then click on drop down button under the Get Price From.

    6. And select the form calculation widget then click on Save.
