Aligning Fields into its column

    Hi guys, I can't seem to align some fields so they match the ones above, also, there is one field Home Phone is to the right of Mobile Phone inside of Jotform it looks correct, on the website it goes to the next line.

    Please take a look at the attached screenshot.

    Ans last, the background inside the form is like a repeated gradient, just need to have a solid light gray background color which I placed in setting but it does not show.

    The theme background overpowers the gray color background. I've fixed it by removing the Form Image in the Form Designer.

    Regarding the form style, I've also fixed it for you. Kindly check your form.

    There are lots of CSS codes injected into your form that changes the field margins. That caused some of the fields to shift its position. I've also injected CSS code to your form to fix it. If there's anything I've missed, let us know.

    Thank you that worked perfectly.

    One last thing, under PayPal will charge, on the web page underneath the field, it says "Description", in JotForm I cannot find it to deleted it?
