How to receive response from the recipients of Notification email

Hi, we're dealing with an issue with an email notification setting. Our form gets emailed to several people upon submission. We want any of the recipients of that notification to be able to "Reply All" to the rest of the notification group, WITHOUT it going to the email address of the person who filled out the form. We have deselected the "Your Email" option in the form settings repeatedly but it keeps reverting back to that.

See attached screen grab for further explanation.

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi outwardchurch,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Notification email is designed to be sent to the form owner, so the response on that email is intended for the responder. That's the reason that it's still sending the email to the responder by default. There's no option to alter this. The same concept with the Autoresponder email, it will be sent to the responder and if they respond, it will be sent to the form owner by default.

Alternatively, use the Autoresponder email to email the recipients of the Notification Email. In this way, their response will default to be sent it to the form owner, or enter your desired recipient. See the image below:

Use the Change Email Recipient to send the autoresponder so you can enter their email address. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Form Builder page, go to the Settings at the top navigation bar.
    2. Open the Conditions tab on the left, and then open the Change Email Recipient.
    3. Add a condition that if the field Request ID is filled (this always holds a value), it will send the Autoresponder to the entered recipients.
    4. Type in the recipients into the Email section of the condition, see the image below.

    5. Click on the Save button to finish.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
