Merge Codes and Graphics

Hi

I have a couple of questions about what Jotform can do with merge and images. I have attached a flyer below and would love to be able to change the logo for whatever team I am sending it to, and with a unique code for their travel fundraising link. Is that possible in Jotform? I saw that you have integration with some plugins that can use merge codes. Can those work within MailChimp and/or WordPress?
