Can I stop form fields from appearing in my submissions area

Hi

I would like to create a survey that asks for a users name and email address solely in order to send them a copy of their submission.  I don't want that information to appear in my submissions area.  Is there a way to do this?

Can you explain your workflow further, please? Like, which form is which and which submission data you don't want keep.

If I understand your question correctly, I have two suggestions for you:

1) If you want to hide submission data in the submission page, you can click MY FORMS and select that form and click Submissions button.

And on the page that opened, click the gear icon and select the fields you want to see.

2) If you want to do not want to keep the submission data, you can also use the auto-delete submission APP :
