My account with kimba@rkgmail.com not have any forms we have lots of forms with that can you able to help me to get that back in this account

Hi Kimberly,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your account linked to Kimba@rkgmail.com but I did not find any forms in it. I also checked the Trash and Archive folders but I did not find any forms. Also, the account is only created on April 1st, 2024. It looks like you are looking at the wrong account.
Are you able to share any link to one of your forms? If so, please share it here so we can use it in locating the correct account.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

this is the forms the account opened for many years ago and as our email kimba@rkgmail.com is not working right now so we tried to created the account again can u check it for us please

Hi Kimberly,
Thanks for getting back to us. The forms you provided is traced back to the account that is registered to ka**ie@rk*mail*com. The email address is masked on purpose for security reason. If you can recognize the email, use it to login to that account. In case that you forgot the password, you can request for a new one. Let me take you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
