I don’t know what’s going on but my forms isn’t working

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the last form you viewed which is form 241286972037159 and I see that it is already deleted. If you want to restore the form, let me show you how:
- On the My Forms page, click on the Trash folder on the lower left.
- Hover your mouse on the deleted form and click Restore.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Also, please share the URL of the form that you are referring to. Here's the guide on Where to Find Your Form URL.

Hi approvalplug92,
Thanks for getting back to us. You are seeing that message because your form is currently disabled. However, you can always change the status of your forms and enable them. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top of the page.
- Under Form Status, click the current status and select Enabled.
- Click Save.
