How to add the logo in the PDF document?

For some reason, the Reussit Montreal logo is not displaying in the PDF document. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to display the logo along with the header Formulaire de consentement au droit à l’image. It appears that the header texts are added in the PDF document. You can add an Image element manually to include the logo in the PDF file. Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, adjust the Header size to accommodate the Image element.

2. Then, in the Add Element menu, select the Image element and drag and drop it to the space available next to the Header element.

3. Click on the gear icon of the Image element and upload the logo.
