Unable to access my Enterprise account.

    Does Square/Block still have an enterprise account with JotForm?

    When I go to login through the SSO page at https://squareup.jotform.com, it directs me to Square/Block Okta login, I can successfully authenticate, and then when it redirects back to the Jotform site, the following error is displayed:

    This page isn’t workingsquareup.jotform.com redirected you too many times.

    Try deleting your cookies.

    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    I've tried deleting cookies but it doesn't help.

    I'd appreciate any support/guidance you can provide.

    Hi Frank,

    I checked your server https://squareup.jotform.com/ and it is working fine. We can disable SSO on your account temporarily so that you can log in via the URL above and check if you can still login. After successful login, you can check the SSO credentials and settings and enable it again. Please check and let us know if you're still getting the same error after we disable SSO.
