Is it possible to redirect users to a different form

Hi,

We are creating a new version of our enquiry form. I'd like to know if it possible to set a redirect on the old form which sends users automatically to the new form.

I bet you can. I just did the process and I'm going to show you how.

• First, in your form builder. Click the Settings on top.
• Then, select the THANK YOU PAGE on the left.

• Then select "Redirect to an external link after submission."
• Paste the URL of your landing page.

Just try and follow the steps and let me know how it goes.

Since there is no need for the user to fill in the old form (as it is being updated), we would like the user to be automatically redirected without needing to fill in the form. Is this possible?

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you share with us the link to the old and the new forms? Also, does the old form have submissions and do you wish to preserve those submissions?

The idea that I have in mind is to hide the fields in the old form and add a paragraph element in it that contains a link to the new form. Here are the steps for adding the paragraph element and a link:

1. Edit your form see to it that you are on the Build tab
2. On the left panel, make sure that you are on the Basic tab
3. Scroll down and add the Paragraph element
   
4. Edit your paragraph element and add the text there. Highlight the part that you wish to be a link
5. Next, click the Add a Link button in the toolbar and add your link to the new form
   
6. You'll notice that the link appears in a different format. Just click the check button to save your settings
   

After this, you can just hide the rest of the fields, including the submit button and then once you have the form published, it will only contain a text with a clickable link.
