Receive each submission email notification separately and not as a thread.

Hello, How can I get each new submission to show up in a separate email in gmail. Right now gmail catalogs them all into a single thread so if we get two or three in a row, it's easy to miss the previous ones. Is this something that can be configured?

    Hi Flora,

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. To avoid notification emails once a submission is made on becoming a thread, you can add the submission to the email subject as a workaround. Adding the submission ID on the email subject is easy. Let me walk you through the steps:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page. Then, click on Emails in the left panel.
    2. Now, hover your mouse on the Notification Email and click on the Pencil Icon.
    3. Next, under Email Subject, click on Form Fields dropdown and click on Submission ID.
    4. Finally, click on Save button.

That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
