Two fields showing only numbers when i need text to show

Hi there!

I hope you are well. Need some assistance:

At the end of my form, there are 2 fields (Row 4 and 6 - Name of Ministry Event/Project) which show only the numbers among the sample date I've entered. How do I configure them to show all the information I've entered, both the text and the numbers. I've entered all in the same style (see rows 1-3, 5, 7-10). Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. The reason why the 4th and 6th rows in your Input Table field is because the conditional logic that inserts a value inside their cells is set to pass the number value only. Please update the conditions that insert value to the 4th and 6th rows and change the 0-9 to A-Z which means passing the actual text and number value. Take a look at the screenshot below:
