If I have a HIPAA Account Can I Have a Non-HIPAA Form?

I am needing to set up a form for a client to allow them to sell a product. This client doesn't need a HIPAA form, so I am wondering if I set up a form that isn't HIPAA compliant (eg it would use a webhook) would that affect my HIPAA clients? Or are all forms independent and if they align to HIPAA compliance they will have the compliance seal?

If an account is converted to HIPAA compliant, all forms in the accounts would be HIPAA compliant.  All forms and data from the account are moved to a HIPAA compliant servers.
