Hi, is it typical for the JotForm entries to sometimes take longer than twenty minutes to replicate to my Google Drive as a new folder of uploads? I added five "upload a file" fields to my form, and have been testing the Integration feature. At first it worked, but it doesn't seem to be now after testing further. It says it Authenticated successfuly and everything when I made it.
I did alter the file extensions accepted to accept more, like pptx, odt, mp4, and xlsx files. Could it be because of the extensions added or maybe the size of the files being uploaded (one was a large docx and a mp4 video)? I also changed max file size for each upload a file field to 50MB each.

Hi, I apologize for this inconvenience. Normally they appear relatively quickly but take into mind this is also based on several other factors such as current ServerLoad, Your Internet Speed, and File Size, Etc,. All of this can affect how quickly the files get to you or whether they timeout and don't come through even though often they will still come through but it will be delayed at times and usually this clears up eventually.
Have you tried using the File Uploader with Mutliple Files turned on? This will show you the progress of the files being uploaded.
Unfortunately though, there's no way to limit the amount of files uploaded but you can negate that by adjusting the file sizes so that it limits that problem of too many files being uploaded by having a standard set per 5 files uploaded and then adding the total amount together and setting that as your Total to limit it more.
I did some testing and I was able to replicate the problem with no files coming through. Have you tried making a new form from scratch and try using the new form by adding in the integration to see if it works on the new form? Also, what file types are being uploaded?
I also sent you a test submission titled " Test 1 " with some images, can you tell me if your Google Drive received them or not?

In addition to what Deygus has recommended to, probably the changes you are making to, are not being replicated into our CDN servers quickly, we have had a replication delay that affected some customers in the past. Probably there was a glitch still, so I would recommend you to modify the current link of your form
to the domain
