I had someone sign up via my link but the referral form isn't available. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to our Affiliate Program? If so, you can apply to our Affiliate Program by filling out this form. If you're referring to Increasing your limits through referring someone to join Jotform, you can check it on the Increase Page in your account.
