Hello,
I have received your notices about HIPPA and Jotform disabling my form- I am a nurse and see people for consultations about their health- however it is not a large office. When I attempted to encrypt the form then I was unable to access it or recover the information.
I do not want to switch to the gold plan but do enjoy your platform and would like to continue using it.
Please advise.

Hi Heather,
Thanks for waiting patiently. I just confirmed this to our team, and you encountered the HIPAA modal and clicked on Yes, if you are not HIPAA covered entity you can select No once you encounter the modal again. Their forms will not be disabled if you will select no for the HIPAA modal. Let me show you how:
- Hover over your Profile/Avatar icon.
- Click on Settings and go to Data in the menu on the left.
- Once you open the Data page, you will see HIPAA initiation modal.
4. Now, select NO, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity option.
