Account Cancelation & Refund

    please cancel my Account and refund the previous payment. :I didn't intend to use it past April.

    Hi Karen Elliott,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to help you with your subscription cancellation and refund request. I've cancelled your current Bronze monthly plan and issued the refund amount of US $39. It will take 7–10 business days for it to reflect in your account. Currently, you are on a starter plan; you can use your forms under the free plan limits.

    Do note that we can't issue last payment for the month of the April. It is because we have 30-day money-back policy. Payment made more than 30 days can't be refunded. Here is a link of Jotform's terms of use you can go through.
