I can not view uploaded attachments sent through my forms

Asked by student employment IC on February 23, 2011 at 08:51 AM

I have a survey form that required specific documents to be uploaded before submission could occur. When I go to view the uploaded files the page is giving me this error.   Any help  is much needed. ~ Beth

    Hi there,
It looks like there is a problem with your account.  I've just tried to login as you and I'm being told that there is an authentication issue.  I will notify the developers and hopefully we can sort it out quickly.

In the meantime, could you please try to logout and back in again to see if that helps?

    Thanks for your patience,
    Daniel

    Hi again Beth,

One of our developers has examined this and managed to successfully download four docuemnts.  Could you logout and back in and then try again please?

    Thank you,
