I see that you can create a folder, but how did I get things to only appear in the folder? I may have quite a few number of forms and I want to only see ones that are in the folder instead of all of them. How can I do that? I didn't see anything in your user guide.

I apologize for this, we're constantly adding new guides as our site evolves into something more for our users so this is a guide in-particular that we haven't gotten the chance to add just yet but I will make sure to add it shortly and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I took a glance at your account and you partially had it right. Basically the first thing you want to do is go to My Forms. You can refer to this image i've just created to help give you a better idea of how to group them.
