How can I remove the Jotform branding showing on my form's Thank You page?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since you're under a paid plan, you can remove the Jotform branding showing on your form's thank you page. Let me show you how to do it:

• Hover over to your account Avatar located on the upper right side of the page.
• On the dropdown menu, click Settings.
• After that, scroll down and then untick the checkbox next to the Show "Powered by Jotform" on my forms.

I unchecked that thing hours ago but it still shows on customer side.

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I've checked your forms, and I saw that the Jotform branding was already removed. I've cleared your form caches because, most of the time, that fixes the issue. I saw that the Jotform branding is still in your Autoresponder Email. You can remove Jotform branding from your Autoresponder Email in the form settings. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
2. Click on the Pencil icon of your Autoresponder Email.

3. Click on the Jotform branding on the bottom of Email Content, and click on Delete Row.
4. Click on Save.
