Please remove the current credit card from billing

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble removing your Credit Card from your Billing Page. Unfortunately, I can't remove your card at this time, as we need to process your requested refund on your other ticket. Once you're refunded, please let us know, and we'll be happy to remove your card on file.
