    I am having issues updating to the Jotform Bronze Plan. It won't let me provide my card details.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Most of the time, this type of error is browser-related. Can you try a different browser to see if you encounter the same problem? If you do, please provide us with your zip code, so we can create a direct payment link.

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
