Account Settings / Phone Number Verification: Singapore is Missing

Dear Jotform Support,

I have just signed up for an account, however, when I tried to add my phone number to my profile, I was surprised that SINGAPORE is not in the list. I know that SINGAPORE is a small nation, but not that small not be included in this list hahaha.

If you'd be so kind to add SINGAPORE to the dropdown list so that I can add my Phone number to my profile, I'd appreciate that very much.

SINGAPORES Country Code is: +65

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the phone number prompt from the account settings and I was able to replicate the same. After trying multiple options, I found that it is possible to use the please try using International option found on the Phone Number dropdown list:

Thank you for your reply. I have followed your advice, but I got a prompt, saying, "Invalid Phone Number". Singapore phone numbers are 6-digits (+65 XXXX XXXX)

The funny part is, that Malaysia (which is Singapore's Neighbour) is listed though.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team for further investigation.

Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thank you for your reply and help. I guess it does not have that much importance to have a phone number added to my account or profile for now. However, should JotForm decide to add Two-factor Authentication (2FA) for extra protection in the near future a complete and updated list of countries is advisable.
