I am developing a website: https://hophaykhong.com/ and I want to add a form to the home page of this website in which I want to add different categories along with the sizes of other articles together. Can I create such kind of template and import it to that website?

    Hi lamhaonhien771,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to adding multiple forms in your website? You can embed a form to your website. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    • Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
    • That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.

However, if you are looking into embedding multiple forms, you will need to check this with a Developer on how they could add multiple forms in a single page of a website.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
