    Hi Keenway,

Thanks for your patience. You can set up Conditional Logic in order to make the progress bar start with zero. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Settings at the top navigation bar.
    2. Choose Conditions in the left panel.
    3. Click on Add Conditions button. Why does Progress bar does not start at 0%? Image 1 Screenshot 60
    4. Select Show/Hide Field. Why does Progress bar does not start at 0%? Image 2 Screenshot 71
    5. Set up the logic - When Full Name field is filled, show multiple fields (from Pick up date & time field to the last field)Why does Progress bar does not start at 0%? Image 3 Screenshot 82
    6. Click on Save button. Why does Progress bar does not start at 0%? Image 4 Screenshot 93

    Hi Keenway,

Thanks for getting back to us again. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that your Show/Hide condition wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top.
    2. Go to Conditions and click on Pencil icon in Show/Hide condition to edit the condition.
    3. Click on Field box and add Total field under the Discount field.
    4. Finally, click on Save.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Keenway,

Thanks for getting back to us again. When I visited your website to check your form, I saw that everything worked the way it should. You can see, the progress bar is shown at 0% at the beginning. So this means you have configured it properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
