    Hi!

I'm look to add extra rows based on a previous question. e.g. How many tickets do you wish to buy? [3], and then have the Configurable List generate 3 empty rows to be filled in?

    Thanks!

You can let users to add new question rows using the configurable list widget. The user simply needs to click on the button that has "+" sign and the new row with empty questions will be generated as a new question row automatically:

Totally agree, the user can just click the + add button. However, can this be automated. Our users are not tech savy and no matter what words I customise the + button with, it easier to do this step for them automatically.

Unfortunately, that is not possible, you need to click on the button if you need to add more rows. Try labeling the button to something like "Click here to add another entry" or similar.
