My account was blocked?

    Good morning.

    I am the general secretary of a paragliding association and my user account was blocked when I was doing a registration process for new members.

    I request that it be unblocked as soon as possible, otherwise, with great regret I will have to delete my account on your platform.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account associated with the pboleto@gmail.com email address and I saw that it was suspended due to this form collecting sensitive information:

    You may collect some sensitive information such as Citizen Card numbers or Passport numbers, but you are required to use the best security practices of Jotform Inc. including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to sensitive information. If you need to collect this kind of information, please add the following field to your form:

    1. An agreement stating the usage of sensitive information. You can use the Short Scrollable Terms widget or the Terms & Conditions widget.
    2. Digital signature field. You can use the E-Signature widget or the Smooth Signature widget.
    3. You may also need to use your business email address on Jotform your profile rather than the public email address you currently using.

    I've gone ahead and reinstated the account. You can now continue working with your form and make changes to it to avoid this kind of thing from happening again.
