I am using my form for my online store website. What if i choose the "Check Cookies Only". Is this also a lifetime limit? I want to block the spammers but i also want my clients to purchase again using the same Purchase order form.

"Check Cookies Only" option is not a lifetime limit. Checks whether the submission came from the same browser. It uses cookies stored in the browser's storage to verify duplicate submissions. User can submit your form again, if user view your form with a different browser.
