Is it possible to integrate your solution with a databse?

Basically, we would like a workflow that starts by submitting a form. This form would have information about rigs in oil field, requesting the procurement of said rigs. The workflow approval then goes through multiple entities back and forth, and someone has to approve. The information of those rigs is stored in a database, and so is the emails, positions, information of the approvers. Would you be able to support that?

Additionally, would it be possible to add more forms or attachments within the workflow? Like can someone add an attachment (PDF, Excel, etc) before approving the request?

Finally, is it possible to add a comment to the workflow without pushing the workflow? That is, to comment on why the request is taking long for approval, just so that everyone who's monitoring the workflow is aware of why that employee has not approved the workflow yet.
