    Login details not stored

Asked by DigitalView on November 14, 2012 at 04:08 AM

I use Google Chrome on a Mac - when I login despite clicking the 'Remember me' check box the browser never stores the information and it appears invisible to 1Password too. I don't have the same problem with other websites, only Jotform, as a result I have to look up the login every time which is presumably not the idea of Remember Me.

Hello DigitalView.  Have you tried clearing all your caches on your Chrome browser?  There might have had some cookie problems on your browser which is causing it not to save the cookies.

Also, you may also check your browser's options (wrench icon) and go to Settings > Scroll down and click Show Advanced settings >.

Under Privacy, click the Content Settings button.  Please see to it that the Allow local data to be set (recommended) is selected.  Next, click Manage Exceptions button

Then see to it that it's not excempting JotForm from saving cookies.

Please let us know of your progress on this.
