Prices of my products are showing the wrong price

Good morning,

I am trying to edit the pricing of some of my individual products listed on my form. When I view my form, it has the incorrect pricing. When I go to edit the price it has the correct pricing listed. I've tried it numerous times and it still shows the wrong price. I have even tried it on my computer and phone. In the app and on the website. I've also cleared my history before viewing again to see if it would change but no luck. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I run a small bakery business and it's important for me to have proper prices listed. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just checked your form and the prices of the product are correct both in the builder and when viewing the form. I doubled-checked every product and the prices are consistent. Could you share with us a screenshot comparison between the product price in the builder and when viewing the form?

Also, I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache, which most of the time helps clear peculiar issues happening in the form. Could you check again and see if it's now showing correctly?

Thanks for the screenshots. When I tested your form, the same thing happened. Take a look at the screenshots below to see my results:

If the Special Pricing per Option is enabled, you'll have to edit the price on the Add-ons option. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Product Settings and Options tab.
2. Click the Pencil icon on Add Ons.
3. Edit the price.
