Additional fields appear ieven after condition is set

I am having issue in my form. When I am clicking if your have more repairs, in other fields, it shows only one field one to put image, when I am asking for repair No.4, 5 is also visible. Can you please advise how can I hide repair detail 5 when I am asking for repair for No.4.

Thank you for your patience. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that you were using similar name fields that might be causing the issue:

I suggest you add the numbers to those fields for your condition to not be confused. I also noticed that you have Hide Fields, which do contradict some of your show fields:

If you have already set a Show Condition, the field will be hidden by default, so it is not necessary to add them. I have disabled them on my cloned form and everything worked fine afterward. Here is a result of my cloned form:
