Hello,

I own a doggie daycare and we are looking for a sign up form. Do you have anything like that or could someone help me create one?

There are days that too many dogs show up and it's a safety issue. We're looking for a quick and easy way for clients to sign their dogs up for specific days along with what time they will drop off and pick up. It would be amazing if we could limit the number of spots per day if that's an option.

Regarding the Drop Off and Pick Up Date and Time fields, I recommend incorporating an appointment element into your form. This feature enables you to limit the number of appointments per day, ensuring smoother scheduling.. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

• Open up the Form Elements panel by clicking the Add Form Element button on the top left corner,
• Add the Appointment element to your form,
• You can configure the Appointment Slot Duration and Intervals based on your needs.

And for limiting the number of appointment per day, that's also available using the Appointment Element. Here's how:

• Click the Gear Icon to get to the field properties.
• Then go to the Limits Tab and hover it to the Maximum Appointments Per Day and set the numbers that you want to have appointments per day.
