Good morning,
please delete any accounts to this email address so I can gain access to my Company’s site.

Hi Jenny,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the account associated with your email address, and it is now under a Form User account. The 'Form User' account type indicates that someone has linked a form to your email address. To delete this account, you need to initiate its creation first, or we can convert it to a user from our backend. If you still want us to delete it, then just inform us.
After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

Hi Jenny,
Thanks for getting back to us and confirming it. As requested, I converted the account to a standard one and deleted it. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?
