Can't connect to Square

    I had it integrated before and now it’s not working it just sits in a loop


    also, social media link still not working for me not sure if I’m doing it incorrectly, but I’ve tried everything frontward and backward.

    Hi Helena,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having an issue with your form. I've checked the Genetic Nutritional testing form, but I see that your Square integration is not connected. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    I've cleared your form caches. If you have not done so in a while, it could also be helpful to clear your browser cache or use a different one. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, can you share a short recording of what's happening? You can use Loom or another screencast app.
