How to change the Title and Image when the form is shared.

I used a template to start a Sponsorship Form, but when I share the link the title and image on the link are still the same as the template. How can I change that to be our title and image?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to change the Page title and the Thumbnail photo of your form. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

• How to change the Page Title.

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

2. Under Form Settings, click on the Show More Options button.

3. Scroll down then under the Page Title box input the Title of your Form.

• How to change the Thumbnail Photo.

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Your Logo at the top of the form.

2. In Logo Properties, click on the Upload File button, to upload the picture you prefer to be the form's thumbnail.

3. Customize the size and placement of it, base to your preference.
