    form width not accurate

Asked by daniellec on November 14, 2012 at 01:14 PM

    Hey guys!

I can't get my form width to be thinner.. the background color is staying the same width, is there any way I can fix that easily? I tried changing form width to even 250px and that still didn't budge... thoughts on this? help! :)

    Thanks,

    Hello,

It looks like you were able to adjust the width now, from what I can see on my end.

You may have to adjust the height though, as the submit button is being cut off.

Let me know if you still need help with this.

    Regards

Yes I got it to work!! I can see the submit button though... Hmmm...
Also! I have a some friendly feedback: I think you guys should consider offering something where the user can upload a background image, or offer no background, or something! Rounded corners, etc. Obviously for the paid service, but that would be cool :). I run into that problem a lot!
    Thanks for your help!

This is possible to do a lot of things with injected CSS. I would recommend checking the following article to find out how to set a background image, colors, rounded corners and other things:

Customize your Form using Custom CSS Codes

Also, you can set the transparent background in a few clicks:

One quick question, I am trying to use the XXL Form right now, and the boxes are a little too spaced apart for me, I wanted to make them closer together, do you know what the coding would be for that? If not that's okay im trying to figure it out currently.. Just wondering if you guys knew! I didn't see anything on it in the forums! :)
    Thanks,
    Danielle
