need help resetting password - I am not receiving an email with reset instructions

Hi Mckenzie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, I can see that your account is currently a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be able to receive a reset password email to your email account.
You can use the same email address you have for your Guest account and use it to create a Starter account. To create a new account, you can go to this link.
If there is another account that you are referring to, can you please give us the email associated with that account
