Upload space is not resetting

I have deleted all files and submissions, yet I am showing that I am reaching my upload space? Can you please look into this and correct it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I'll do my best to help you. I've manually refreshed and reset the upload space counter, and it is currently showing 0.00 B out of 100 MB. So, be assured, it is now resolved. You can log in and check now and use your forms under the starter plan's limits.
