Hello,
I cannot access one of my survey I created due to needing a HIPPA update. There is no sensitive patient information on any of my created documents. Please remove this hold on the survey.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, let me help you with this. Can you log out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies? Then log back into your account and see if the modal for the HIPAA appears. After this modal appears, please click the "Go back" button.
Then select the "No, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity" option.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Anna,
I tried your method but it didn't work. Under the survey it still shows "HIPAA Upgrade Required!". Please advise.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you are having difficulties with this. I checked your account and can see that the HIPAA modal still pops out. Did you click the "Go back" button and select the "No, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity" option?
Can you record your screen using Loom on how you tried doing these steps and share it with us so that we can check?
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
