I am trying to create my form so that the entire form is emailed to me and the person filling out the form. Currently, I have only figured out how to have the responses show.

    Hi Daniel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked your form, I saw that you already created the Notification Email - sent to your email after the form was submitted, and the Autoresponder Email - sent to the email address entered in the email address field of the form.

Can you tell us more about your question? Are you referring to showing the actual form in the Email Notifications? If so, unfortunately, that is not possible. But, as a workaround, you can attach a PDF version of the submissions in the Email Notifications. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
    4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
    5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.
