I can’t seem to get on the settings page to re-enable the forms…I’m not sure how they got in-enabled and I know you guys mentioned it was an easy fix. I took a screen shot to show you what the error messages are saying. I’ve never had an issue with this before…is this something that needs attention?

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that your forms are still HIPAA-locked. Please open the HIPAA-related email you received, then click on the orange "Go to My Account" button as seen below:
Then after that, click on the "NO, I’m not a HIPAA-covered entity" button to prevent your forms from being disabled:
If you already clicked No, Jotform will not ask your account to comply with HIPAA again.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
